The buffet breakfast was delicious! The hotel was very clean. The pool was initially dirty due to a storm, but the crew worked hard to clean it. Bus to attractions is conveniently located. Beds are firm and comfortable. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

The rooms are impeccably clean, with daily housekeeping ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including fresh fruit and toast. Some rooms provide beautiful views of the pool area, creating a tranquil ambiance. The hotel also offers additional facilities such as a gym and a sister hotel for guests to visit.

One downside is that there were occasional issues with the bathroom, such as irregular water flow, making it challenging to have a proper shower.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Cancun and had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to the central bus station and mercado 28. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was always helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely maintained. I also appreciated the option to book a day beach pass at a nearby resort. it was the best value for money I have found in all my travels.

The hotel itself had a nice pool area with a refreshing breeze. The location was convenient, close to local bus routes and a large supermarket. We also enjoyed the surprisingly cheap and delicious food at the hotel. The staff, especially Anselmo and the woman at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Great location: the hotel is conveniently situated between the hotel zone and downtown, making it easy to explore both areas. Room noise: Our room was facing a busy street, so it was quite noisy, especially at night. the traffic noise combined with the loud air conditioning made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The room is spacious with a good view and the breakfast buffet is extensive and fresh. The pool area is beautiful with live music.

The air conditioning units in the rooms were loud and not very effective. the bathrooms lacked counter space and the shower was oddly shaped.

The sheets could have used bleach and the air conditioner had a musty smell that should have been addressed.
